Snatch + Pause Hang Snatch + High Hang Snatch:

(high hang snatch is very hard after snatching from the floor then bringing bar to floor and up to hang position 1″-2″ above knees, pausing….then exploding into a snatch. Choose your weight wisely…i would say 60% is a good load for this exercise)

 

Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk: work up to max for today

1+1+1 x 6 sets

 

Conditioning

Every minute, on the minute, for 24 minutes (12 sets of each):
Odd Minutes – Power Clean x 2 reps
Even Minutes – Run 200 Meters

  1. What a treat for the week. Miss the place big time. “Lungs on fire” sounds easy
    “it can take 12-24 hours to reabsorb all the fluid which is why it takes so long to feel right again.” 😂
