Personal training is a private session tailored towards your specific needs. Many people are not ready for group classes or group fundamentals and would be better suited to personal training designed around you and your needs. Your trainer will work one to one with you to improve movement, mobility, strength and conditioning at your pace. Whether your goals are sport specific, weight-loss, strength or simply improved health to make life easier we can help you achieve those goals.

Individuals with significant health or orthopaedic issues are strongly encouraged to start with Personal Training. We have a special package of 10 one to one sessions for those with particular issues, this will also double up as a fundamentals course if joining group classes is your ultimate goal.
