FREE INTRODUCTION CLASS




DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO START CROSSFIT?

Absolutely not! Crossfit is for everyone, from people training for sport

to people you just want to stay fit to people who have never exercised

before

WHEN?

Come join us Saturday 29th of July @10am for a free intro class.

FOR HOW LONG?

This intro class will run for 1 hour and follow the same structure

as the regular Crossfit class.

WHATS INVOLVED?

First 10 to 15 mins will involve a general warm up and some mobility

followed by a 20 to 30 minute strength phase. For the intro class we will

focus on the squat and as with all beginners emphasis is based on

correct movement here not on weight.

Following the strength phase of the class we will have a short workout 🙂

This will be challenging but will also be a lot of fun!!
