Crossfit Cork Workout 5/4/13

Push it!!

Push it!!

You’ve just finished your workout, goosed and just glad you finished 🙂 what’s the first thing you do?? For nearly all of us it’s shake hands or some such show of respect to your fellow athlete. I am always curious as to the type of gesture, having been in the states I am used to the whole slap hands but I find here that we are still very civil and shake each others hands. What so you think is the best method ?? Either which way it is important I believe to in some way acknowledge the efforts of those around you, it will make the newer clients feel more involved and the you can commiserate your friends on their fewer reps.  😛

  1. Simple lock of hands to say well done to each other. Crossfit is all relative, someone might trump you on a tues but you know there’s a chance a more favourable WOD might show up on the weds. Either way, it’s always good to encourage each other at the end of a workout.
